He was born in Barcelona and graduated in cinematography from ESCAC in 2008. It was there that he discovered his passion for cinematic imagery and fell in love with cinematography, setting him on the path to a career in the audiovisual industry.
He began his career as a video assistant operator, later becoming a second camera assistant and collaborating with acclaimed cinematographers on a variety of projects. During this period of technical training, he continued to develop as a director of photography on short films and music videos, gradually building a strong portfolio that enabled him to transition into professional cinematography.
His career as a DoP took off in the world of commercials, music videos, and fashion films, working on productions in Spain and internationally. His work has been recognised at several festivals, earning him awards such as Gold and Silver at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, a Wood Pencil at the D&AD Awards, and Best Cinematography at the 2018 Madrid Fashion Film Festival.
He then expanded into fiction, working as a cinematographer on films such as Rainbow (directed by Paco León), Quest (directed by Antonina Obrador), A Través del Mar and A Través de tu Mirada (directed by Marçal Forés), Estación Rocafort (directed by Luis Prieto), Locomía (directed by Kike Maíllo) and El Secreto del Orfebre (directed by Olga Osorio).
Today, he divides his time between film and advertising, collaborating closely with directors to create aesthetic universes that serve the narrative of each story and project, while bringing his unique visual style to the work.
