Borja Llorens was born in Berlin and later raised in Valencia, Spain, his closeness to the sea and nature attracted his interest in communicating his hobbies through cameras. From a very young age, he has always had a curiosity and introspective nature that have sparked his interest in creating images from both a technical and conceptual standpoint. His imagination has been shaped by adolescent adventure books, travels, and the vast repertoire of films and videos available on the net.

Borja continues to wonder what has obsessed him so much about image and light, focusing his energy on continuing to work in commercials and fashion films, and eagerly looking forward to seeing the world through his jobs. Inspired by the quote from essayist Susan Sontag: “Aesthetics is a form of knowledge, a way of understanding the world through our senses.”
